You will find The Square in the Eastgate area of Chichester, behind St Pancras and adjacent to the historic city wall. The renowned Festival Theatre and main shopping precinct are a short walk away, as are many restaurants, cafes and wine bars. The Chichester Cinema at New Park is also adjacent to the development, and within moments you can be enjoying the open spaces of Priory Park or one of the city's many sports and leisure centres.

Around Chichester's famous harbour there's the contrast of wild natural scenery and the bustling marina, as well as some of the best sailing on the south coast. And just outside the city, you have the whole of the South Downs National Park to explore.
